  • How do we place an order? Order here securely online for same day shipping, or if you need funding approval, email us at mail@rocgear.com to receive a written formal quote.
  • Can we send in a PO? Yes, but orders must be prepaid in full before shipping.
  • Do we have to pay sales tax? Orders from outside Georgia are automatically tax-free. For orders to Georgia locations, just email us to have the sales tax removed.
  • What do you charge for shipping? Ground shipping is FREE for all orders over $59. All smaller orders are only $7.99.
  • Can I get a copy of your W9 form? Sure, just email us at mail@rocgear.com for a current W9 or 889 form.
