The main compartment has a Class 3 waterproof rating and the zippered front pocket only has a Class 2 rating. After rolling the top 2 or 3 times, simply buckle and cinch the side straps. The adjustable dry-fit mesh waist belt will fit waists up to 49 inches, but the waist belt can be removed completely if you want to attach this compact pack to your own belt -- or just strap it to the side of your pack.
